Return and Exchange Policy

Please read the return and exchange policy specified for each product carefully before placing an order.

  1. If you discover that the product is damaged upon delivery, the packaging is incomplete, the expiry date is less than 30 days (except for items labeled as short-expiry or specially marked promotional products), or if there are quality issues, missing items, or incorrect items delivered, you may request a return or exchange within seven (7) days from the date of receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:


(a) Provide valid proof detailing the item(s) to be returned;

(b) Present valid documentation/evidence that the defective item was purchased from friendstore.com.hk;

(c) Submit photos of the defective item promptly via email or instant messaging as evidence;

(d) Ensure that the item to be returned is unused and in its original sale condition;

(e) Return all original components and accessories of the item, including manuals, certificates, tags, labels, consumables, bags, and boxes.

  1. If you meet the above requirements and your request is deemed reasonable by us, we will arrange for a return or replacement of the same item within 7 days upon approval.

  2. If the product is out of stock and payment has already been received, we will refund the amount to your original payment account.

  3. Refund Methods​

(a) All refunds will be issued by default in the form of a Gift Card code of equivalent value, which can be used for future purchases;

or (b) Upon our confirmation, you may also request a refund via one of the following methods: FPS (Faster Payment System), PayMe, or bank transfer. Please contact us for further details.
