Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently cover all of Hong Kong, including Kowloon, Hong Kong Island, the New Territories, and selected remote/outlying areas. Please note that delivery to certain outlying islands or restricted zones is subject to actual transportation conditions.
What is the minimum order amount for free shipping?
Minimum Order Amount for Free Delivery (by Area):
- Within Hong Kong: Up to HK$500
- Remote Areas: Delivery charges will vary depending on the exact address. Please contact our customer service team for a quotation before placing your order.
What if my order does not meet the free shipping threshold?
The system will automatically calculate a standard shipping fee (HK$100) and display it at checkout. Any additional charges — such as for remote areas or stair-carry service — will be confirmed with you by our customer service team before being applied.
How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Orders are typically delivered within 3–7 working days, excluding public holidays and extreme weather conditions. For remote or outlying areas, please allow an additional 1–2 days.
Can I specify the delivery date or time slot?
You may indicate your preferred delivery date and time slot (e.g. 14:00–18:00) in the "Order Notes" section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If scheduling is not possible, our customer service team will contact you to coordinate.
Do you provide upstairs delivery service?
If delivery requires carrying items to a floor without elevator access, a stair-carry surcharge may apply depending on the quantity of goods and number of floors. The fee will be quoted on-site by the delivery staff.
Is self-pickup available?
Yes, self-pickup is available. If needed, feel free to contact our customer service team — arrangements will be made based on warehouse security and staffing availability.
I selected the wrong address at checkout. Can I change it?
Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible (via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram inbox), and provide your order number along with the correct address. If the parcel has already been handed over to the courier, an address change fee may apply and the delivery may be delayed.
What happens during extreme weather (Typhoon Signal No. 8, Black Rainstorm Warning)?
To ensure the safety of our delivery staff, all deliveries will be suspended and rescheduled in accordance with government guidelines. Updates on the new delivery arrangement will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp.
How are remote areas defined?
Remote areas are determined based on courier service coverage, transportation accessibility, and operational feasibility. These typically include outlying islands (e.g., Cheung Chau, Lamma Island), rural villages, and restricted access zones. We recommend contacting our customer service team to confirm if your address is considered a remote area before placing an order.
