6. Ownership
Risk in the products shall pass to the customer upon delivery. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, title to the products shall remain with Friends Store until full payment of all related charges has been received.
7. Force Majeure
In the event that Friends Store is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Website due to any reason of “force majeure” (including but not limited to fire, casualty, accident, acts of God, natural disasters,
law, order, declaration, regulation, demand or requirement of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region or any of its agencies, strikes, labor disputes, shortage of labor or skilled
