1. Pick up in store* 1-4 working daysDue to the time required for the arrangement of the goods, please pick up the goods at the store only after receiving the email notification of the pick-up.Store location:Room 29-30, 2/F, Block B, Proicient Industrial Centre, 6 Wang Kwun Road, Kowloon BayBusiness Hours : Monday to Saturday (9:30AM - 5:30PM), Closed on Sunday and Public HolidaysWhen picking up stock, please provide the order number and recipient phone number.
***Guests please pick up the goods within 14 days

The delivery man will call you in advance to make an appointment for the delivery timeIf the customer requests delivery service, the company will charge the fee according to the delivery area.If the delivery location does not have a lift or the goods must be delivered by stairs, the customer will be required to pay an additional HK$80 handling fee.

↝ Tai O, Mui Wo and other areas of South Lantau, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island and Po Toi IslandThe delivery service will be delayed when a typhoon signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or in weather conditions judged by this website to be unsafe for delivery.If the shipment is lost or damaged due to the customer's request to be placed in front of the door or collected by the management office/reception, the customer will be responsible and will not be refunded.

3. Delivery within the Kowloon Bay Area2-5 working days
Deliver to your designated Kowloon Bay address, enjoy free shipping on orders over $300!The delivery man will call you in advance to make an appointment for the delivery time.If the customer requests delivery service, the company will charge the fee according to the delivery area.If the delivery location does not have a lift or the goods must be delivered via stairs, the customer will be required to pay an additional HK$80 handling fee. Free delivery is available for a single order over $300.


4. SF Express Delivery---Collect
4-7 working days

Pick up the goods by yourself at the service station of SF Express, the payment method of freight: freight collect. After the goods arrive at the service location of SF Express, the customer will receive a reminder message sent by SF Express, and the staff will charge the customer for the shipping fee when picking up the goods. Therefore, please ensure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise the pickup SMS will not be received. Delivery time: If the stock is normal and sufficient, it will be delivered within 4-7 working days after the order payment is confirmed.

Shipment Tracking:

When the goods are shipped, the customer will receive a "Shipment" notification email from us. The SF Express tracking number is displayed in the email. Customers can enter the tracking number on the following SF website to track the latest delivery status of the shipment.

What should I do if I can't receive the SMS for the SF Express pickup notification?

When SF Express sends the SMS, the customer may be in a location where the mobile phone signal is weak or no signal, so they cannot receive the SMS notification to pick up the goods from them. If you can't receive SF's SMS within two days, you can call the SF Express hotline directly at 2730 0273. After connecting, press 1 to select Chinese, then 3 to contact the customer service staff, say your SF tracking number and confirm your phone number After it is correct, ask them to send a text message to your mobile phone again, and you can find the SF tracking number in the middle of our delivered email.
