1. In-Store Pickup
Preparation time: 1-4 working days.

Business Hours: Monday to Saturday (9:30AM - 5:30PM), Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
When picking up, please provide the order number and the recipient's phone number. ***Customers should pick up their order within 14 days.
2. Standard Delivery - $90 Shipping Fee
Delivery time: 4-7 working days
Deliver to your specified address. Enjoy free shipping when you purchase a minimum amount according to the region!
The delivery person will call you to schedule a delivery time.
If customers request delivery service, the company will charge according to the delivery area.
Free Shipping Thresholds:
A. Kowloon Bay Industrial and Commercial Area - Minimum purchase $300
B. Kowloon District - Minimum purchase $500
C. New Territories - Minimum purchase $600
D. Hong Kong Island - Minimum purchase $800
If the delivery location has no elevator or requires climbing stairs, customers will be charged an additional handling fee of HK$90. Free shipping applies to single orders meeting the specified amount.
We also deliver to specific remote areas (additional charges apply).
Remote Area Surcharge (HKD $130):
Ma Wan, South Bay (Southern District), Chung Hom Kok (Southern District), Stanley, Yat Tung Estate and other areas of Tung Chung, Sha Tau Kok, Pat Heung, and The Peak
Discovery Bay (HKD $200)
No delivery service available in the following areas, we apologize for any inconvenience:
Tai O, Mui Wo, other areas of South Lantau Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Hei Ling Chau, Lamma Island, and Po Toi Island
Delivery services will be postponed when typhoon signals are hoisted, or red or black rainstorm warnings are in effect, or when deemed unsafe by our website.
If goods are lost or damaged due to being left at the door or received by the management/reception at the customer's request, the customer will be responsible and no refund will be given.
3. Delivery within Kowloon Bay Area
Delivery time: 2-5 working days
Deliver to your specified Kowloon Bay address. Enjoy free delivery with a minimum purchase of $300!
The delivery person will call you to schedule a delivery time.
If customers request delivery service, the company will charge according to the delivery area.

4. SF Express Delivery - Freight Collect
Delivery time: 4-7 working days
Self-pickup at SF Express service points. Freight payment method: Freight collect.
When the goods arrive at the SF Express service location, customers will receive a notification message from SF Express. When picking up, the staff will charge the freight fee.
Please ensure that the mobile phone number entered on the order is correct, otherwise you will not receive the pickup message. Delivery time: If inventory is sufficient, orders will be delivered within 4-7 working days after payment confirmation.

Parcel Tracking:
Once the goods are shipped, customers will receive a 'Shipped' notification email with the SF Express tracking number. Customers can enter the tracking number on the SF Express website to track the latest delivery status.

Common Delivery Issues:
What if I don't receive the SF Express pickup notification message?
When SF Express sends a message, customers may be in an area with weak or no signal, so they do not receive the notification message. If customers do not receive the SF Express message within two days after receiving our 'Shipped' notification email, they can call the SF Express hotline 2730 0273, press 1 for Chinese, then press 3 to contact customer service. Provide your SF Express tracking number and confirm your phone number is correct, and ask them to resend the message. The SF Express tracking number can be found in the middle of our 'Shipped' email.
