in the northwest of Nishiwaki City, which is bordered by the clear
Sugihara River, surrounded by mountains, and rich in crops. The
water contains high-grade natural ingredients, which make
people's heart beat, and the whiskey [UMI] has absorbed its
essence. 【UMI】is a fusion of several kinds of whiskeys that
have been brewed for more than a few years. With the aroma of
